You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering — we may use it to contact you about enquiries and services.

Enquiries and communication

Submitting an enquiry, using the property matchmaker, or booking a call does not create any binding agreement — it simply lets our team reach out. By submitting your phone number or email, you agree we may contact you about that enquiry by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can turn off individual notification channels any time from My Account → Settings.

Reviews and content you submit

Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly. By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant us permission to display it on the site. We may edit for length or remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or clearly false.

Acceptable use
